What was the highlight of Hotel At Home

Clean place with a nice bath, not very comfortable beds.

The place was easy to find and check in and out were both fast. Plenty of amenities and I got to take a relaxing bath during my stay.

I couldn't get the smart TV to work so I just had a few channels to watch, and the beds aren't that comfortable. But, you get what you pay for really so I can't complain much.

It was practical and not too pricey. You get what you pay for.

Close to the subway stop. It was clean.

The bed was very hard. The room was very small. The bathroom floor gets wet when you use the sink. The water in the shower didn’t get very hot, so it was a lukewarm shower.... with no curtain or shower door, so it’s cold.

Good location, beds are hard.

Location was good, although the nearest subway exit didn't have escalators or elevators so dragging the luggage was a chore. For the rest of the stay, it was a breeze to get back to the hotel. Room size is decent. Hot waters and air-conditioner were all great.

The beds are way too hard for me and my family. My dad (above 60 yrs) had a back ache after the first night.

Not value for money

the strategic location near Exit 14 in subway station Jongno 5 Ga. Kwang Jang market with full of street kitchen and souvenir shops.

The room needs refurbishment. The windows and bathtub were incredibly moldy. The bed matress war so hard like sleeping on the floor. The pillows are tiny (35x25 cm) As I checked into the bedroom, there were hairs on wash basin and on the blanket. I asked the housekeeping to remove and put another blanket. It was a creepy feeling to discover these. The aircon was too loud. Even the Manager couldn't reduce the loudness of the aircon via remote control. Not value for money.

Excellent location, very close to several markets, parks,...

Excellent location, very close to several markets, parks, and subway stations. The staff was friendly and the hotel quite nice. Guides are available in several languages for the city for those who need them, and there was always someone at the desk to help.

The room got a bit warm in the evening, so we needed to keep the window open. My mother found the beds a little hard, but had no other complaints.

Value for money.

Value for money. I booked a solo room but was given a double room. All the guys at the recep were great esp the one with glasses. Room space was good as well as the bathroom space. It's a walking distance to the Gwangjang market for a quick and cheap meal.

Breakfast was meh but it was free so I really shouldnt be complaining haha

Location, Staff, shops close by, Metro close by , Seoul station around 15 minutes by metro or taxi.Staff are friendly and can speak English. They helped me to book a taxi at 4.30 am too.

I stayed in room 601, there was no cupboard or closet for dresses. Bathrooms lights goes off suddenly when you are having a bath, since I was with my family it was OK ,but if you stay alone it is a problem.
